This is a woman who is 36 years. Dr. Andy Fine MD took her in as a patient. She's so small because she doesn't take care of herself. She is malnourished, and it's obvious in her skin, har and body weight. You can even see it in her mouth. She's long toothed and has gum diseases.
All this is due to lack of nourishment from basic foods like citrus, proteins and vegetables. It's important to have a proper diet because your body relies on the nutrients to function.
